I think life’s grand prize might be Wisdom. I don't claim to have achieved it but in my life, wisdom seems to arrive in part from being in nature. Running and swimming in natural environments are leading to a peaceful understanding, acceptance, joy and wonder. I don’t know how long my body will be able to do this and I’m grateful to still be running in places like Sourland Mountain.
